Most problems have a
two-minute answer.
Start here. If the answer is not below, the in-app chat reaches a person in about twelve minutes during Nepali working hours — and they will be someone who knows your exam.

Where the common problems live
Eight areas cover almost everything people write to us about. Find yours, then read the detail below.
Signing in
OTP not arriving?
Check the number, wait the full sixty seconds before resending, and confirm your SIM has signal — the code is an SMS, not a data message.
Payments
Paid but not activated
Activation is usually instant. If it has been more than fifteen minutes, send us the transaction ID and we will activate it manually.
Offline & sync
Progress not showing
Attempts sync when a connection returns. Open the app with a signal and give it thirty seconds before assuming anything is lost — it very rarely is.
Wrong questions
Report it
Every question has a report button that reaches the subject editor for that category directly. Genuine errors are usually fixed within a day.
Streaks
Broken unfairly?
Streaks count local activity, so offline days still register. If one broke while you were studying, tell us — that is a bug and we want it.
Account & privacy
Export or delete
You can request a full export or a deletion of your account at any time. Both are handled within thirty days and usually far sooner.
Notifications
Too many or none
Settings → Notifications controls each type separately. If you get none at all on Android, check battery optimisation is not killing the app.
Institutes
Portal issues
Institute administrators have a named account manager reachable directly. Use that route rather than general support — it is far faster.
The eight things people ask most
Written out properly rather than as one-line answers, because a half-answer just produces a second message.
Not here?
In-app chat carries your account context, so we do not have to ask which exam or which payment. It is genuinely the fastest route.
Contact supportNo password means
nothing to reset.
Sign-in is a phone number and a six-digit SMS code. If the code does not arrive, the problem is almost always signal or a mistyped number rather than your account — and requesting a second code invalidates the first, so waiting out the sixty seconds matters more than people expect.
- Check the number, including the leading 98 or 97
- Wait the full sixty seconds before requesting a new code
- The code is an SMS — it needs signal, not data
- Two failed codes? Write to us and we check delivery with the provider
Your attempt is on
the handset before it is anywhere else.
Answers are written locally before any network call is made, so losing a connection mid-exam does not lose the attempt. Open the app with a signal, give it about thirty seconds, and it reconciles. If something is still missing after that, it is a bug and we want to hear about it.
What is running right now
Updated when something changes. If a component is degraded we say so here rather than letting you find out from a failed payment.
Something not working that shows as operational here? Tell us — that gap is itself a problem worth fixing.
Wrong question, or something in the community?
Every question and every community post has a report button. Question reports reach the subject editor for that category; community reports reach a human moderator, usually within the hour. If an exam item is genuinely wrong we correct it and rescore every attempt it affected.
Found a vulnerability?
We want to know.
Report it to hello@lacspace.com and you will get a human acknowledgement within two working days. We do not take legal action against people who report in good faith, and we credit reporters publicly unless they would rather we did not.
- Acknowledged within two working days by a person
- No legal action against good-faith research
- Public credit for reporters who want it
- Full policy on the security page
Everything else people ask
Still stuck? A person is waiting.
In-app chat, Viber, email or phone — whichever you prefer. In Nepali or English, and usually within a quarter of an hour.
